The New York Rangers have announced that Rick Nash will return to the Rangers lineup tonight against the Bruins for the first time since suffering a concussion on October 8th.
Steve Zipay at Newsday reports that Nash finished line rushes with Brian Boyle and Carl Hagelin.
With Nash being reinserted into the lineup, obviously someone needs to come out and it looks like that person is JT Miller.
Alain Vigneault expects Nash to play 15 minutes tonight.
...i should be beyond excited about Nash's return tonight, but I've gotta admit I'm a little nervous with it being against the Bruins. Maybe the Rangers trainers can cover him in bubble wrap for the game.
...while I'm happy to see AV keep the Stepan line intact, not so sure I like Nash on a line with Boyle. Assuming that'll change depending on the game circumstances.
AV says Miller will not be sent down to Hartford and will accompany the team on its upcoming road trip (via New York Rangers)...no comments
