- The Kings have won four of their last five games.
- Los Angeles has picked up five of a possible six points in the first three games of a four-game trip.
- Anze Kopitar has eight points (4g, 4a) in the last seven games.
- Mike Richards is pointless in his last two after a five game point streak.
- Justin Williams has seven points (3g, 4a) in the last seven games.
- Dwight King has two goals in his last three games and is second on the team with six goals in 20 games.
- Jeff Carter has been out since Oct. 30 with a fractured right foot.
- Dustin Brown is pointless in his last five games.
- With Jonathan Quick out with a groin muscle strain, I guess no freebies for the Rangers tonight...

The Royal Half
I like this Rangers team. They are playing with guts and grit. They put together an incredible game last night in Montreal and then showed up for a decent performance tonight on a back to back against one of the best teams in the league.
It's too bad they lost, but they are finally putting together consistent efforts night in and night out.
Goodnight everyone. Let's hope for a bounce back soon after we pickup two points over the weekend while only scoring one goal.
and guys... LA's only goal was kind of a fluke too... Gotta feel bad for Hank... This is the exact kind of reason why he probably wants to go to Pitt
We still have issues playing against the elite teams in this league. This team still needs a lot of work. And what is with the west?! They are so good.
If we do not score one in this game, then we will have scored one goal all weekend. Let that sink in, ONE FREAKING GOAL in 120 minutes of hockey.
@JMK8363 how about we just say DZ and Pouliot went missing... and then we get them off our books
@JMK8363 Umm, cue them? Just look below.
@Hotfreak We need sasquatch though
@NYR44 love this comment
@Hotfreak or just Pouliot and DZ for someone that knows how to put that black piece of rubber in the back of the net
@Hotfreak our first and 2nd line can't score every game.
@iwantgaborik I thought he already left. Is he still on the team??
@iwantgaborik or arniel
@nylundqvist let him go, sailboat and all
@nylundqvist hes going nowhere hes become a new yorker
@nylundqvist let him. we have talbot. lundqvist always lets in fluke goals
@Hotfreak Boston is going to manhandle us even worse than this :(
@KreiderisTheChosenOne Wait when did he say he wants to go to Pitt? He would hate it there.
@KreiderisTheChosenOne 6 seconds left richards against caps in playoffs
@KreiderisTheChosenOne In all my 27 years I do not think I have seen them score more than 1 against a backup goalie!
@JustinRP37 umm we have no good players. every other team has 3-4 good players
@JustinRP37 The aliens have landed. The White House has fallen.
@JustinRP37 too be fair... we are missing Pyatt
@JustinRP37 That's only one more than I scored this weekend....and I didn't even play.
@Hotfreak and a healthy one at that
