Well Rangers fans, when it rains it pours. While the Rangers were finishing up their lackluster loss to the Bruins yesterday, word was circulating that Danny Kristo would miss last night's Hartford Wolfpack game with an undisclosed injury.
After the Wolfpack's 3-2 loss to Bridgeport, head coach Ken Gernander would only say Kristo was day-to-day.
Andrew Yogan and Marek Hrivik were also held out of last night's game with injuries.
...not that I felt Kristo was going to be recalled anytime soon, but if the Rangers did have any plans of bringing up Hartford's leading goal scorer to jump start the Blueshirts offense it looks like they're on hold for now.
...from Gernander's press conference, it didn't seem like anything too serious. The Wolfpack play again tonight, so we should have a better idea about the severity of the injury then.
