This team is playing on a different level now and it is all about Nash. His play has been elevated to a new level and he has elevated the play of others. Hagelin and Stepan should send him some of their paycheck.
I give Torts kudos for having the balls to play only 2 lines for 8-10 or so minutes. Good job there.
Defense was solid as was Hank.
Crazy game to be at. Nash is absolutely disugsting!! Glad to see Gabby come through and secure the W for the team tonight!! Great Win!!
Rick Nash should be Pope. He looks like a man playing with boys most of the time
Stepan-Nash-Hags line was great. I was kinda hoping Gaby scored in OT to make up for a mediocre game on his part, so all's well that ends well. Nabokov had a great game, honestly.
Hamrlik is going to be great for this team as a 6th dman when Staal is healthy, and hopefully he can mentor DZ for the power play
@slapshot13j I sure hope so because it looked like he was on a different planet. It is almost bitter sweet that he gets the game winner.
wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
@AnnoyingJoe -- not so much tonight ... usually that's not a bad thing, but ... nabokov is playing like a woman scorned
@IcyCup ... not sure i want him on the second line, but he did pretty well between Gaby and Cally
@IcyCup @slapshot13j -- i'm not the biggest boyle fan, i only bring it up because some of the guys who beat him up here seem to miss a lot
@IcyCup -- it's not even just "the little things" he wins faceoffs, causes turnovers, intercepts passes, takes back the puck ...
@slapshot13j -- i know you're down on boyle, and not without reason, but he does so many things right ...
