Nash Highlight Reel Goals Rubbing Off on Rangers
Written by Kevin DeLury on .
I've seen more highlight reel goals from the Rangers in the first 21 games this season than I saw all of last year. And the sole reason? Mr. Rick Nash.
It's almost like he's giving out lessons at practice. From Haglin's side step goal vs. Tampa to Callahan's Nashtastic move last night against the Flyers, the Rangers Super Star goal scorer is having a positive impact on everyone.
Here's Cally's goal from last night...
And now Nash's...
...come on! Cally's goal and Nash's second goal looked almost identical.
...move over Dominique Wilkins a new "Human Highlight Reel" is in town.
Nash has obviously also had a huge impact in the standings as the Rangers are 6-0-1 in the last seven games he's played in.

I don't think I've ever loved an athlete as much as I love Callahan. And I don't think we've had a superstar like Nash in his prime since....ever.
The window is now gentlemen.
As enjoyable as it is to watch the Gnasher whenever he's out there it's absolutely awful every time I see Bickel on the ice. You know something bad is going to happen. How could a player average less than four minutes ice time and take bad penalties game after game. He must rescue a lot of dogs and that's why Torts keeps dressing him.
@shishya100 On the plus side, I wasn't disappointed with Haley. He's the kinda guy that has to skate hard to stay called-up, so he could be a warrior for us. Once Richards is healthy, I say scratch Bickel.
Rick Nash, 7 goals-11 assists-18 points-+10
Artem Anisimov and Bandon Dubinsky combined;
7 goals-9 assists-16 points- -9
Just saying.......
Oh, and Del Zotto has the same amount of goals as Redden does as well as Boyle has less goals than Gomez.
Maybe this is why Hank's confidence was off at the beginning of the season: He was starting to get burned a lot more in practice...
You can absolutely see it rubbing off on the other guys. Gabby's a different type of sniper, but hopefully it inspires him as well. Speaking of snipers, Kreider had 2 last night. Once he's ready, I think he would benefit greatly from the Dali Naher's teaching...ohmmmmmm.
@TheNYRBlog now if they can get a real enter and get rid of Boyle wo is a horror show will b alright
@TheNYRBlog Kevin he is slow no offense he can't hit ,how on face offs one game, every time he is on ice Philly pressured, come on
It's funny that you mention Nash giving out lessons. I've noticed a few players starting to protect the puck the way he does. Especially Stepan. It seems he's really understanding how to use his body to shield the puck.
