Nash Goes from Hero to Almost Goat Back to Hero
Rick Nash was having another Rick Nash type game as he electrified the MSG crowd everytime he had the puck on his stick. And for the second game since returning from injury he scored a goal. His first power play goal as a Rangers to give them a 2-1 lead...
Then in overtime it was almost all for not as Nash almost handed the Sabres the victory by doing this...
But all was forgotten during the shootout when Nash gave the Rangers a 1-0 lead with this dazzling move...
...talk about a roller coaster of emotions for Nash. Torts was laughing afterward, but I'm not so sure he would have found it amusing if Lundqvist hadn't been so alert.
...btw, how sick is Nash in the shootout. His reach gives him the advantage over every goaltender in the NHL.

This is so much better than dealing with Erik Christensen being on the team just in case, god forbid, there was a shootout. Though he did have an excellent wrister, even if it was all he had.
