These guys have got me so gun-shy now that I'm still afraid to get too excited. When the first game is legitimately on the schedule, THEN I'll start jumping for joy.
Still not giving the NHL one damn cent this season and probably next season, though.

To be completely honest, my anger towards the NHL and NHLPA was always a veneer, hiding the fact that I knew the second games start I wouldn't care about the last three months.
@KevinDeLury that's the stuff :D It will be fun to watch Nash-Richards-Gaborik line if Torts puts them together
yuck. oh screw it. even the thought of Del Zotto bumbling his way thru the playoffs can't get me down today.
@GLENsatherVSglennDANZIG we have the cap space to get it done this year for sure. Next year will be interesting with all the RFAs.

@KurtBalogh Sad but true. I'm actually going to write a post about that subject tomorrow.
@KevinDeLury As angry as I've been and as fed up as I've felt, I've already emailed my ticket guy. Too happy to be angry but I hate myself for it. If that makes sense.
@KurtBalogh @KevinDeLury I'd still like to see fans stay away in large numbers for each team's first home game. I believe doing so would make a statement. (Of course, this is easy for me to say as I'm not currently holding a ticket.) Also, a merch boycott: personally, I cannot imagine spending any money on jerseys, hats, etc. this season (assuming, of course, there aren't any EC Champs or SC Champs items to be had in June).

@KurtBalogh @KevinDeLury I still can't do it. I did hear that center ice may be free the rest of this season. So I will pick the nhl's pocket if that's true.
