The Gaborik Hat Trick In All Its Glory
Written by Kevin DeLury on .

And since there was embarrassingly no post game on MSG or NBC Sports Network, here's some post hat trick pics...

Reader Cory S. sends me this pic of the ice littered with hats after the game...

...and I saw Rangers fans actually discussing the possibility of trading Gaborik before last night's game. Assuming they don't feel the same way this morning.
...btw, how about that touch pass by Richards to Nash on Gabby's first goal. That's All World right there.

Man, I'm sure glad to get to watch these highlights because I had to miss the game. But everybody's saying how great Nash looked and I wish I could see more of that, even if he wasn't quite able to net one last night.

Watch the videos labeled under saves of Tuuka Rask on Rick Nash, especially the ones in the 1st and 3rd periods.
@johnnyb3910 -- Oh! Thanks, dude. Yeah, those look like so many of the Nash highlights I've seen over the years. Some of these are going to start going in. That guy looks pretty good.
Thanks for the pics... Only sorta postgame was on NHL Network, but that was fairly short.
Who the hell wanted to trade Gabby? I cannot understand the way people have been reacting to these first games. Yeah, they have made a bunch of mistakes, but honestly its only game 4 tonight and they had NO training camp, NO pre-season, and have been out of gameplay practice for months. I know the short season makes everything count but they aren't superheroes. Give the boys a break, they'll put it together.
the 1st goal was one of the better goals Ive seen. Dz's pass was very under looked to richie who tipped it and bam goal.
Im with Kelli/Jess. Weird shit is bound to happen in the first few weeks, especially after such a long off-season/lockout. Not time to panic until probably 10 games in.
My comments about trading/buying out Gaborik were the first thing I thought of when he scored the OT winner...
@KevinDeLury I'll keep mentioning it if it means he'll keep scoring hat tricks to try to shut me up. Maybe I'll go make some comments about Kreider being useless in your other post...
That first goal is just insane. Skating backward , his whole body behind the goal line and he pops the water bottle. Incredible skill
I can't stand some Rangers fans that never play hockey they were the most negative people this week ! Takes time to gel ! I rather lose a few now then late in season ! Fix the probs now !
