Segal Returned to Whale

Written by Kevin DeLury on .

According to the Rangers post game notes Brandon Segal has been returned to the CT Whale...

"Brandon Segal has been assigned to the Connecticut Whale of the American Hockey League (AHL). Segal was credited with one blocked shot in 5:21 of ice time while making his Rangers debut in tonight’s season opener at Boston."

...no surprise here, especially after Segal had a very quiet game last night which included a bad penalty. Never the best way to enamor yourself to Torts.

...also happy to not have to see #42 skating around the ice anymore.
