Game recap is up. Not that I'm sure any of you want to read it: http://www.nyrangersblog.com/2013-articles/january/penguins-3-rangers-0.html
The Rangers putted so much effort on defense and offense on 1st and 2nd period, thats really frustrating. half of the 3rd the Rangers lost gas.
Two times hitting the goal post. Very lucky team the Pengiuns.
Can't wait for the Pensblog crew to go back to their whole the-sky-is-falling attitude after losing again.
I should also mention....FUCK THE RANGERS! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! HOW'S THE NASH TRADE LOOKING NOW, BITCHES? HENRIK'S OBVIOUSLY THE BEST GOALIE EVER! MAYBE YOU COULD BEAT THE PENGUINS IF TORTS TOOK HIS DICK OUT OF LARRY BROOKS' EYESOCKET FOR 5 SECONDS!!!!
FUCK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!
Go Pens.
Thank you for your time.
Isles grind out another win by collapsing on the net while the rangers keep making cutsey little passes in their own zone. STOP. NASH doesn't make you the 80's Oilers.
We didn't make things hard for Vokoun at all. That's not to say he shouldn't be starting over Fleury anyways (because he should be), but cripes. Horrible game, no bounces our way either.
Absolutely NO JAM tonight... 4th line pins our top line in our own zone... No shooting gee I wonder why we can't score?!?
@Dillon @Aquarium obviously missing the irony. Along with blog readership. Wha happa?
@AnnoyingJoe @Aquarium Because you usually have no one to talk to except yourself.
Couple of thoughts.
1) Trade Stepan for anything. I know its early in the year, but he is a waste of time and not a second line center at all. He cannot score and cannot create anything.
2) Put 5 defensman on the powerplay because clearly what they are doing right now is not working. Their were times where they could not even make a pass.
3) If we take another too many men on the ice penalty, one of the coaches should be fired. It would be bad if you took 4 of them in a season, but 4 in 7 games are you kidding me. And we have given up a goal on 3 of those 4 penalties.
4) If Hagelin doesn't start to finish soon something has to change. He takes way to many dumb penalties and hasn't scored in forever.
5) Mike Rupp is the worst player in the NHL
6) Rick Nash has been solid since the acquisition, but if he doesn't score soon its going to be ridiculous. When he has an opportunity he seems like he shoots right at the goaltender every single time.
But right now I would trade Derek Stepan for almost any third line center on any team, he has been absolutely horrid.
Let's lighten the mood in here:

I guess that Nash pick up was worth it. Fat fuck looks like a lost fat puppy dog.
Isles beat this team 4-1, this is not a good team. What does this say about the rangers?
@AnnoyingJoe @Dillon Well I'm not gunna lie, we have a lot to work on still. The PP especially, but... Rags look pretty weak tonight, too. Relying too much on Stunnedqvist.
@AnnoyingJoe @Dillon Just like we weren't a good team against the Isles two nights ago.
YOU'VE BEEN.... THUNDERSTRUCK! THUNDERSTRUCK! YEAH, YEAH, YEAH! THUNDERSTRUUUCK!!!
@AnnoyingJoe so you're saying if he gets checked he may piss himself?
