Power Rankings (Week of 1/28/13)
TSN drops the Rangers 11 spots to #13 in their recent power rankings...
13. Rangers - Some lackluster efforts early, but when the Rangers' top line of Marian Gaborik, Brad Richards and Rick Nash is going, like it was against Toronto Saturday night or last week against Boston, it's easy to see why they are considered Cup contenders.

...assuming we're not going to see the Rangers this low in the rankings very often this season. At least I hope not.

LOL @Rich. Your perspective is hilarious....thanks for the chuckle. On the plus side, at least all of those explanations admit the Rangers shouldn't remain in those spots. *fingers & toes crossed*
JMHO, but these rankings are a waste of time. It's like saying, "water is wet." Teams will be high in the rankings when they are winning and dropping in the rankings when they are not. I just don't see the value. Sorry, I'm attempting to get into a sour mood as I gear up for the game against Philly tonight.
