Maple Leafs...11 wins 8 losses.....21 fighting majors. No lack of team toughness with that squad. Can't wait til we play them...lol.....they will put half our team in the hospital.
Here's a clip of what the Maple Leafs will do to us...
will someone update this with what Torts says about the injuries, i dont have msg..
@slapshot13j LOL!!!! You think he's going to talk about the injuries!!!!
@KevinDeLury he has too, if he doesnt I think this strategy is retarded. I mean come on, players shouldnt come back til they are healthy anyway...
ONE goal from Rangers forwards in the nine periods without Rick Nash.
You what the color is for the threat level chart for the Rangers?
Pink,,,it represents them perfectly. Bunch of sissies!!
@KevinDeLury if lundqvist gets hurt now, your threat chart wouldnt even be on the same planet as what happened to this team....
On your threat level chart. Do Dan Girardi and Ryan Mcdonagh = Henrik Lundqvist in terms of injuries because I think they do.
McD Will be back, but we won't see Girardi again this season. Looked like when Cally took that Character slap shot. If this team doesn't make the playoffs, this will be the game that everyone looks back to.
@KevinDeLury kinda wish he were on the ice tonight. Our goalie prospects are better protected...
He wasn't pushed on the play...lol........
Wow....its take a free shot at a Rangers time
whats it going to take for someone to drop the gloves, jesus christ. no backup goalie either...
Two things. One it seems like Brandon Prust was the straw that mad our drink stir last year. Just look at where the Canadiens are with him, looks like we should have paid up.
Two some guy on the radio for the Rangers just said Nash is still seeing double and wont be back until the playoffs because they don't want to risk anything with his lengthy contract. Take what you want out of that could be a rumor but without him season is over.
Now Girardi is out they are dropping like flies. Our defense is beyond thin. Injuries could be the end of our season...
its bad when the french have more guts than you do. this is tough to see them get beat like this.
I remember the first time I realized that there was toughness/sticking up for teammate problem with the Rangers......
It was January 22nd...against the Pens...when Oprik nearly took Kreider's head off.....and no one did anything. Nash has been drilled several times...nothing. McDonagh gets face planted into the glass....nothing.
From a toughness standpoint, there is something really wrong here....
dear new york rangers,
if i have to watch this many pitbull commercials just to watch your games, you better at least show up.
@GLENsatherVSglennDANZIG i dont know whats worse those commercials or the Rangers play.
Curious to the reason Gaborik gets benched before Richards? We might as well be playing with 4 people on the ice when Richards is out there.
@cb1 Yea, wow at least he did something to get on the scoresheet. Brad Richards only stat is takeaway and - (in the +/-)
If Pacieoretty is not on the ice by the end of this game, I lose all respect for the grit and toughness of this team. That was one of the dirtiest hits I have seen in awhile, and it was clearly pre-meditated. For Gods sake he was smiling after it, someone better lay him the fuck out.
@McPhee21 and not tell your teammate that you have his back. If I were mcdonagh i would hate my teammates for not having my back. This team is a disgrace.
@McPhee21 @slapshot13j pretty sure Rupp had 2 of them and Asham had the other. Or maybe Bickel is in there somewhere. Problem is a guy like Bickel is too afraid to do something Torts will deem as "stupid" right now
The lack of toughness is mindboggling.Just curious...
Does anyone remember the last NYR fighting major?
