Malkin Chops Staal in the Head
Similar to Sidney Crosby, the other part of the Penguins dynamic duo, Evgeni Malkin, is just as hard of a super star to like when he continues to make dirty plays like chopping Marc Staal in the head last night...
...and to truly confirm what a punk Malkin is, at the :22 mark you see him sucker punch Staal as both players are on the ice being broken up by the linesman. Classless.
...assuming he gets suspended. Oh wait, he plays for the Penguins, nevermind.
These type of actions are par for the course for Malkin who normally does his damage via the slewfoot...

Because of Crosby and Malkin, I'm beginning to dislike (read: hate) the Penguins almost as much as the Flyers... almost. However, rather than complaining, the Rangers need to take care of business - simple as that. The Flyers roughed up these clowns in the playoffs last year and it was clean and effective. The model/way was shown. Rangers just have to do it.
Malkin epitomizes the cheapshot artist moniker and Crosby is just a whinny little crybaby! That being said they are clearly untouchable per the POS Bettman so nothing will ever be done and certainly not by the spineless Shanny! What a joke he has become!

SId WAS arguing to the refs.. he was telling them that a goal they had given Sid was actually another players.... They turtle faster than Sean Avery ever did and change the subject. Pfft.. AtLoLantic Division babies crying about other teams...... so sad. You dont see that in any other division.

besides our ineptitude last night, I'm so angry about Malkin and Crosby that I can't bring myself to write down what I've been mumbling to myself all day...Malkin's been doing this shit forever and Crosby (Malkin Junior) put his 2 cents in by stick tripping Gabby and then using his skate to make sure Marion went down, f'n sick of it they should both die...
If swinging a stick like a sword toward somebody's face isn't intent to injure, I don't know what is.
The ref was standing right there too...should have been a 5 min major and game misconduct

@KevinDeLury @ChrisP I feel like every team does this at some point. We've been slewfooted, we've slewfooted. Hockey's a frustrating game, and believe it or not, that type of shit is never going to leave the game. Not condoning any of the actions, but frankly the best any team can do is to have the best equipment to prevent injuries when dirty hits do occur.

game is so much faster. watch a game from '94. the difference is astounding. Something to be said for the old clutch and grab. They may have been hooking/waterskiing each other thru the neutral zone but they werent concussing each other either.
You would think the league would review that, right? It was obviously intentional, but I won't hold my breath.
