Newbury Should Get a Long Look in Camp
While all the talk this offseason has been about which prospect is going to win the final Rangers line-up spot with Marian Gaborik out until November, Bruce Berlet at The Howlings says Kris Newbury is a player who should get a long look during camp. Here's Newbury on the opportunity with players such as Brandon Dubinsky and Artem Anisimov departed...
"It might help a bit, but you still have to go in and be at the top of your game and play your best to have a shot at any NHL club. As long as I do that – if there's camp – then hopefully I'll have a good shot."
