McDonagh Undecided on Playing in Europe (Update: No Plans for Boyle & Staal)
Leonard adds that Marc Staal and Brian Boyle have no plans to play in Europe at this time, but both will entertain the option if the lockout lasts for a significant period of time.

...there's got to be a lot of confusion for players when deciding to play overseas. They have no idea when this will end either, plus the possibility of getting injured has to be a real concern.
...assuming they're all hoping something gets done soon, but at the end of the day, these guys want to play hockey and if the prospect of playing an NHL season looks bleak you're going to see an even bigger mass exodus than we've already seen.
