Full Schedule Won't Be In Jeopardy Until November 1st
NHL can still play a full schedule even if they start quite late into October. Maybe even Nov. 1. Hard to see them getting this done in time

...happy to hear a full season wouldn't be wiped out right away. There's really nothing worse than winning a championship during a lockout shortened season. To me the Devils 1995 Stanley Cup is tainted because of it. Listen, I'll take another Rangers Stanley Cup anyway I can get it, but if they're going to win it, I'd rather they earn it during a full NHL season.

@TheNYRBlog That is good to hear but Im confused how it works. If/when they work it out, doesn't there need to be a camp and pre-season?
@TheNYRBlog They have to sit in a room with the NFL ref negotiators and not come out until both leagues have agreements. There. We said it.
