So how out of touch is Bettman, how about this line from his media session...
"Nobody wants to make a deal and play hockey more than I do."
...is this guy f'n kidding me? Too disgusted to even rip him.
The players also spoke yesterday...
...all this talk is just noise. Hope the NHLPA doesn't think they're winning the PR war because I hate them also.

Bettman sucks. end of story.. I would love to see him put on a jersey and get out the with the boys. THey would pummel his old ass.
I always stood by Bettman and never liked all the boo's he would get, now--boo away!

Bettman may actually have been sincere in his words, but they mean absolutely nothing coming from him.
Hey, I get all this back-n-forth between the owners & players union but if he feels that way, their reps stay in a room until an agreement is reached; bottom line!! He can't make that statement if he's going to just sit there and hope!!! Then he wonders why he's booed EVERYTIME he shows up at a rink!!
Have you ever been so angry you wish you could just pummel a man to death!!!! Or is that just me? Haha
@TheNYRBlog he's bound to listen to be owners, he's not to blame. Owners have all the power and he's their puppet.
