Is Hrivik Injured?
Jim Cerny at Blueshirts United reports that Marek Hrivik, who sat out the first two CT Whale preseason games, did not practice today at the MSG Practice Facility.
Hrivik joined the injured Cam Talbot, Dylan McIlrath, and Jason Wilson on the sidelines.

...let's hope it's just precautionary. Being an undrafted signee, this is a big season for Hrivik and I would hate for it to be stalled due to an injury.

Cerny adds that twelve players were either reassigned to Greenville of the ECHL or released by the Whale on Friday. Those players are: Danny Hobbs, Brent Henley, Scott Tanski, Steven Delisle, Ryan Flanigan, Jordie Johnston, Kyle Haines, Andrew Coutney, Colten Hayes, Bryan Hince and Kyle Rank.

Am I missing something or are there only 11 guys listed as being cut? I asked Jim but I'm not as cool as you so he hasn't replied :-P
