Rangers Expected to Allow Miller to Play in World Juniors

Last week I stated that Miller's development would be better served staying with the Whale.
...while I still feel the same way towards Miller staying in the AHL, I'm not going to kill the Rangers for this move. Really can't criticize the organization for allowing one of their top prospects to play against the best junior players in the world.
