...and this is why I haven't been posting lately. Pretty much fed up with blogging about the emotional rollercoaster that is the lockout. No one knows what's going on so why bother.
...also tired of following 100 European reporters on Twitter to find out the latest on Rangers players as well as doing recaps of Whale games I haven't watched. I really need this lockout to end now.
...Hurricane Sandy aftermath hasn't helped either. Sorry needed to vent.

Tough year for it, but I know we're all glad you enlisted the help you needed and kept the blog afloat!
The best thing to do after reading a heavy round of CBA related media statements is to soften your emotions with some ice cream; I would suggest a serious full flavored ice cream, perhaps something with brownie pieces or caramel or both.
If you have an amaretto available this is the time to break it out, as it will go pretty well with the ice cream. It's not very strong stuff so make sure to drink as much as you can in the shortest time possible. After you dry your ice cream tears it's time to move on to something more serious. This week I've personally preferred Makers Mark, but I mainly bought that expensive shit to get my mind off of(admittedly superficial) Sandy related problems. Any whiskey will do. Be sure to pass out and refuel the following day because you must do it again within the next 1-3 days.
& I thought it was because you had no power... I heard even though they are apart the 2 sides are burning the midnight oil to get something done. Don't you think if there was no European league there would have already been a settlement?
There talking... 4 straight days. The first 3 days had a snow storm right after a tragic hurricane and was each 7+ hours of talks. This is the most they talked all year so im happy
