Page Six at the New York Post reports that Henrik Lunqvist sold his mask for $66,000 during an auction to help raise funds for Hurricane Sandy victims.

Speaking of raising money for those affected by Sandy, game worn Operation Hat Trick jerseys are being auctioned at Steiner Sports until December 2nd...

66K for Lunqvist's lid? Yowza!  Congrats to Henrik for his generosity.  Alas us poor mortals who cannot afford such dreams!

@TheNYRBlog Kinda crappy that they didn't even take unique pictures of the jerseys they're auctioning that will end up in the the $1000's
