CTWhale.com reports that Carl Hagelin scored his third goal in three games but it wasn't enough as the CT Whale lost their second straight to the St. John's IceCaps 4-3 last night.

Hagelin's goal actually came from a deflection off his face that forced him to leave the game for repairs but he did return.

...apparently the AHL has become so easy for Hagelin he's now using his face to score goals.

...can the Rangers please waive EC and bring this kid up.
