Damn you guys must be pretty new to the rangers fanbase huh? Avery signed this as an inside joke to everyone haha. It says good luck in the playoffs with him next to a hot chick lmfao! If you cant find the humor then you dont know avery. The guys hilarious and hes 1 of the most giving caring dudes on this earth. Stop by his restruant and talk to him. Guarentee hell hook ya up with free drinks.

I don't find it weird. i could be an inside joke in the locker room for all we know. I don't know if anyone else has said this but for the most part I have not seen any negative comments from teammates as a teammate. I would still take him over Clarkson any day of the week. My 2 best memories of Avery will be the goal he scored against Buffalo in the 2nd round that had us take the lead in game 5 (before Drury broke my heart) and when he call Clarkson a clown to the press.

When I first saw this I was a little freaked out by the picture and then started to laugh. It's great that he wised them luck in the Playoffs, but isn't this a little self-centered? What about sending them something else other than an autographed picture...something more relevant to the team. All this screams is "look at what I'm doing after hockey, I'm more 'successful'". I've always been an Avery fan but this is just a little too weird for me...

Big deal, wow he signed a fashion photo of him self, if he was that good of a teammate he would have never had problems with the redwings, rangers, stars and whalers. If its not his rate of play (because he can def play) it has to be his lockeroom and off ice play. But you media people eat this up.
Clearly hockey was secondary to him. Not sure that I've ever heard of a bit player in ANY sport that chased a non-hockey career as much as Avery. Good luck at Vogue Sean, although I doubt Anna Wintour will allow any AVE-RY chants.
