Four Rangers Projected to Participate in All Star Weekend
Both NHL.com and Puck Daddy project that Henrik Lundqvist, Dan Girardi, Marian Gaborik and Carl Hagelin (rookie game) will represent the Rangers during All Star weekend.Here's Greg Wyshynski of Puck Daddy on the Girardi projection...

While the Ottawa Senators starters have already been voted in, the remaining rosters will be released tomorrow.

...while these are just projections it's pretty awesome to see Girardi get some love. If nothing else maybe our "Vote for Girardi" campaign at least brought attention on the Rangers star defenseman.

Gaborik does deserve a spot the way he has been playing. Girardi would do justice as his contributions to the NYR are never found on a stat sheet. Good for him.
Kind of surprised that Henrik hardly gets any mention for the ASG the way he has been playing.
i wonder if DZ gets a look....has some pretty good numbers thus far and maybe a richards or callahan
@Van_Ness_WVU With so many Senators voted in and then trying to get a player from every team it will be tough for the Rangers to have more than four reps.
