Miller Scores Winner for Whale; Kreider Pointless in Nine Straight
Last night, JT Miller scored a late third period goal to give the Whale a 2-1 over Worchester (2:40 mark)...
Miller also had an assist in the game to give him five points (3g, 2a) in the last four games.
Chris Kreider, who was stopped on a breakaway in the first period, was again held off the scoreboard and is now pointless in his last nine games dating back to November 24th.
...while it's great to see Miller heating up, I'm very concerned to see Kreider not even putting up points. Wonder if that hit to the head on December 2nd is affecting his game.
Speaking of Miller, you may be wondering why he was playing last night when I reported last week he was supposed to leave for Team USA World Junior camp last Sunday, here's the answer...
By the way an update: JT Miller thought he was joining @usahockey LAST Sunday..obviously mistaken, he begins prep for World Juniors THIS Sun
