According to a Swiss media outlet Del Zotto has a back injury.
...uh oh. Hope it's not a serious injury, because if there does end up being a season, Del Zotto could be losing a lot of money in free agency.
Derek Stepan is the only Rangers player still playing in Europe.

Del Zotto's back! pun intended. maybe he doesn't want to aggrevate a minor inury because he knows he'll be on garden ice soon? I only hope. Stepan with flu like symptoms in 3...2...1..
@nick__i Haha! I said the same thing regarding Stepan being the next one with some type of issue. They are on break this week. Let's see if he's still in Finland when the games start up again next week. (Doubt it.)
And Stepan will be the next one "injured". If I had to take a guess, Del Zotto is as injured as McDonagh is who I doubt will ever step foot in Kazakhstan again lol. I'm surprised they didn't use the popular "personal reasons" that seems to be going around for NHL players in Europe.

@KevinDeLury @Melissa (angelzeyes2521) If there were really something imminent, I don't think Hank would have done a 40-hour drive by the other day and then head back to Sweden. Sadly, it's probably just because playing in Europe sucks for them and they are coming home for the holidays.
@gravey94 @KevinDeLury Unfortunately, I agree. I'm still trying to figure out why Henrik is doing a 40-hour trip cause there is nothing that makes that logical.
@KevinDeLury Honestly...a little of column A, a little of column B. I've heard McDonagh wasn't happy but can't directly confirm that. Could also be that the holidays are getting closer so they are coming home for that and if CBA doesn't work out, they go back in January.
Hopefully he is done as a Ranger. There are plenty of players waiting for their chance.
