2012 USA National Junior Evaluation Camp is Underway
Yesterday, the NJEC for USA began up in Lake Placid, NY to determine the roster for USA in the 2013 IIHF World Junior Championship that starts December 26, 2012 (assuming the world doesn't end on December 21 if you believe such things).
The Rangers have three representitives in camp as J.T. Miller, Brady Skjei and Steven Fogarty are all vying to make the cut.
Team USA had their first scrimmage yesterday as Team White defeated Team Blue 5-2. Miller had an assist for the white squad. Fogarty did not play. USA's next scrimmage is today at 4 p.m.
Check out who was on the top line for Team White.

- As Kevin mentioned earlier this week, it'll be interesting to see how new NYR prospect Brady Skjei fares this upcoming week. New York obviously loves his athletisicm, skating ability and propensity to join the rush and hopefully that's on full display.
- I'm also keen on seeing how J.T. Miller does as it's interesting in the first scrimmage he's on the top line. He's burst on to the Rangers scene and been impressive in every way. This could be another opportunity to showcase his talents and perhaps show the organization he could help the big club in 2012-13?
