Three Year Anniversary of Cherepanov Death (Updated)

Three years ago today Rangers 2007 first round pick Alexei Cherepanov collapsed on the bench during a KHL game with his club Avanguard Omsk and died at the hospital shortly afterward. Lots of controversy in the aftermath of his death including why the defibrillator at the rink was not working and possible doping charges. For more on Cherepanov's death click here.
...there are always what ifs in life but you have to wonder what type of impact could he have had on this Rangers team as he would have looked pretty sweet on a line with Richards and Gaborik right now. My thoughts and prayers are still with the Cherepanov family. RIP.

Greatest player as a teenager in RSL now KHL. Was better than kovy and ovi. You imagine if he was on this team now? Stacked.
