What part of your game do you feel you need to work on the most?
Dylan: Well I think i've peaked in my growing [laughs]. I'd like to add some leg strength. I just want to add some muscle by working in the gym and just grow into my body. On the ice... you can never be quick enough and have good enough hands so just working on that and refining my game all around. I learned that everyone at the next level is basically good at everything so I just need to improve as much as possible to earn a spot.

...still a lot McIlrath needs to work on before he's ready for the NHL, but I'm really looking forward to this kid pounding on opponents who are in Lundqvist's crease. He's still probably 2-3 years away.
I think in the long run Mcilrath will have more use than Fowler. The last guy we had like Mcilrath was Buekeboom. When Mcilrath gets on the ice there will be no more running Rangers and Gaborik will never have to drop his gloves again. Although when he "fought" Carcillo I fell off my coach from laughing too hard.
