Meeting Sets Tone for Rangers Season

...not sure who decided to call this team meeting, but every Rangers fan should be thankful that they did. I normally think that players only meeting are a bit over-rated, but in this case it really does look like it set the tone for the entire season.
Also, how great is this observation from Brooks...
"They have bent, they have never broken. They have been knocked down, they have never failed to get back up and answer the bell. This is an admirable hockey team, willing itself to victory against opposition that might be more gifted, but not more committed."
...the Rangers PR staff should ask Brooks if they can use that paragraph for marketing purposes. Gave me the chills.

Nice quote from Brooks there on willing themselves to victory. Going with that sentiment, while listening to online streaming music after the game in Boston, I heard a song that I'd never heard before, but I immediately thought of the Rangers, that game, and the whole season. Chorus: "My body tells me no, but I won't quit, 'cause I want more..." (My Body by Young the Giant) Just sounded very Prust-ian to me, so now, in my head anyway, it's a Ranger song.
