Here at Adam Rotter's blog, he mentioned that there will be -some- blue seats put installed. Then again, if you click on the article that mentions the blue seats, this post was also made in October 2010. I'd take it with a grain of salt, lol.
Not thrilled with the black. One of my favorite NHL arenas (at least from a television perspective) is Rogers Arena for the Canucks. I like the color changes that are along the stairs.
