Torts is right, it wasn't a lack of effort. The Rangers had a ton of great chances and couldn't finish. I feel bad for Stepan, on the 3rd Flyers goal. He made a nice little move to find some room between the circles and the puck rolled off his stick before he could get the shot off.
I'm mostly bitter because I live outside of Philly an have to listen to the a$$clown Flyers broadcast whenever the Rangers play the Flyers. DirectTV blocks the Flyers on Center Ice because of my zip code. Keith Jones is still whining about Avery fighting Carle. He spent 10 minutes calling for Shelley to pound Avery.
@Koz13 Wonder if Jones was going off about Briere and Hartnell throwing punches at Prust from the bench during the game. Doubtful.
