Wolski, Rupp Take Part in Contact Drills
Written by Kevin DeLury on .
The Rangers have announced that both Wojtek Wolski and Mike Rupp participated in contact drills during practice in St. Louis this morning before the team boarded a flight for Phoenix....and Wolski is officially out of the tub.
...while I feel confident that we'll see Rupp tomorrow night, not sure if Wolski is ready for game action yet.
...if Wolski can return next week maybe Torts will go with the Wolski-Richards-Gaborik line I was begging for all preseason.
Marc Staal also skated with the team wearing a non-contact jersey.

Jury's out whether or not I'm a Rupp fan, but at this point I'd like to see him tear it up tomorrow night.
demote the wolski. get that $$$ off of the books. he has been a f*&%ing non-factor since he arrived. a waste of carbon.
No offense Kevin but at first sing of trouble you are turning Tortorella? Going to shake up the entire lineup just for Wolski? Wolski a player who has been even healthy a gross underacheiver
Stepan and Gaborik have proven that they play well together why break them up? Richards and Callahan have established that they have played well together then why break them up?Wolski has done nothing except know the way to the tub so let's have him first show that he will be effective on any line before just handing him a spot.
@TheProspectpark As proved by Gaborik being pointless in two straight with zero shots on goal last night and Richards also being pointless in two straight with a -3.
Yeah those combos look great. ;)
